The Objectives of the International council of R.E.

C.E. seeks to fosterin growing persons a consciousness of God as a reality in human experience, and a sense of personal relationship with Him.
C.E. seeks to develop in growing persons such an understanding and appreciation of the personality, life, and teachings of Jesus as will lead to experience of him as Savior and Lord, loyalty to him and his cause, and will manifest itself in daily life and conduct.

建立上帝在基督裡與人的關係：
使人類領悟聖經全部啟示，相信三位一體上帝，乃生命及萬有之源；為保護與治理萬民之主；為世人預備救恩將生命白白賜給世人。
培育信徒在基督理的新生命：
信徒成聖的生活應日日藉著聖道啟示 - 悔罪投靠基督，獲得赦免；天天靠聖靈幫助 - 抵擋試探, 過得勝的生活；背起十架、跟從基督，在信望愛中虔誠度日。
加強信徒與教會的關係：
教會乃信徒的結合，為使每一信徒在此團契中，各盡其職，必藉聖道和聖禮堅固信心；彼此相通、合而為一；熱心奉獻，忠心事主。
促進信徒與他人的關係：
信徒為基督具體的見証，故應把握機會，見証主道，與人分享上帝救恩；關懷鰥、寡、孤、獨、援助貧苦有急難者，並為萬人代檮。
發展信徒與世界的關係：
信徒雖不屬世界，卻生活在此世界，故需認識上帝乃世界主宰；承受上帝托付，作忠心管家；倡導學術，探求人與自然界之奧秘；鼓勵愛國愛民，普及萬邦。
